1. Agreement to Terms

Your contract with us.

By creating an account or by accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with Lacspace, that you accept these Terms, and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. The SSBite Platform

What we do (and don't do).

SSBite is a technology platform that connects users with third-party hotel and restaurant providers ("Partners"). We provide the technology to facilitate bookings and orders, but we are not a hotel, restaurant, or travel agent. The services are provided by our Partners, and we are not responsible for their quality, safety, or legality.

3. Account Registration & Security

Protecting your account is your responsibility.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Code of Conduct

Play nice. Be respectful.

You agree not to use the Platform to violate any law, infringe on rights, post false or misleading content, harass others, or interfere with the Platform's operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violation.

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Infringe upon any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Post any false, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise access data from the Platform for any purpose without our express written permission.
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform or any user's enjoyment of it.

5. Bookings, Payments, and Fees

How money changes hands.

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your bookings and orders. All prices are set by our Partners. By providing payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

What happens when plans change.

Cancellation and refund policies are set by our Partners and are displayed during the booking process. SSBite is not responsible for refunding any fees. Disputes regarding services must be resolved directly with the Partner.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

What's ours is ours; what's yours is yours.

All content on the Platform is the property of Lacspace or its licensors. You may not use it without permission. Any content you post (e.g., reviews) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it in connection with the Platform.

8. Disclaimers of Warranties

We provide the service "as is".

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, nor do we make any warranty regarding the quality or accuracy of content or services provided by our Partners.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lacspace and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform or your interactions with our Partners.

10. Governing Law

How laws are applied.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lacspace is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We can update these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide you with notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
